How is your pricing model structured?

Rafiki operates on a simple pricing model for fixed project-based works or longer-term partnerships. Pricing scales based on the number of freelancers needed and the level of support required. Ongoing support and maintenance packages are also available.

How are payments structured?

We utilize Stripe as our payment gateway, operating on either a subscription or fixed project basis. Rafiki handles all billing from you to your team of freelancers on a monthly basis, ensuring a seamless payment process with one simple invoice, regardless of team size.

What if I want to hire one of your freelancers full-time?

You're welcome to hire one of our freelancers full-time. We recommend starting with our flexible hiring model and then making a decision based on results. Conversion fees apply.

I am not sure how many freelancers I need, this may change over time?

As part of Rafiki’s ecosystem, you can scale your team up and down as you wish. You are not locked into any long term contract agreement. Our purpose is to scale with your business and support you across your goals and milestones.

How long does it take to get started?

Projects can kick-off in as little as 3 days from signing the contract.
